Terms and Conditions:

There are no refunds. When purchasing group classes, workshops and teacher trainings, there are no refunds or reschedules.

If you have chosen a payment plan for Teacher Training, you are responsible for completion of all payments.

Dates may be postponed at René's discretion.

1. PAYMENT PLANS: We are happy to offer payment plans for many services. By purchasing our program by payment plan, you are entering into a legal contract with Yoga Madre, LLC, to pay the full amount according to the payment schedule, whether or not you are able to complete the program. Once a payment plan has been chosen and agreed to, that commitment must be honored. If for any reason you are unable to attend or participate, we may or may not, at our discretion, provide a recording of the missed session or allow for make up at a later date; however, the agreed-upon payments will still need to be remitted. Failure to do so will result in collections and/or legal action.

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: No stealing. Products and services are intended exclusively for the purchaser. We will aggressively pursue all available legal remedies in the event of unauthorized use of content, materials and/or intellectual ideas created and owned by Yoga Madre, LLC., and/or renequenell.com.

1. DEFAMATION, SLANDER, LIBEL: No bad-mouthing. Sometimes misunderstandings and disagreements happen. If you have a problem, please talk to us directly. We will work for an amicable solution. Doing harm to our brand by spreading misinformation or lies – in person, on social media, on websites, in online groups or on forums, or by asking ChatGPT to write something nasty for you, or by any other means, will not be tolerated. In the event such a transgression occurs, we will pursue the most satisfying legal recourse available.

1. NO WARRANTIES, LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

YOGA MADRE AND RENE QUENELL MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED TO OUR PRODUCTS.  THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES AS TO THE QUALITY, ACCURACY, ADVICE, OR FITNESS OF OUR PRODUCTS. WE WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES INCURRED BY YOU OR YOUR CLIENTS, DIRECT OR INDIRECT.  YOU AGREE THAT YOU ARE SOLEY RESPONSIBLE.  YOU AGREE THAT WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DAMAGES OF ANY KIND ARISING FROM OUR PRODUCTS, MATERIALS OR ADVICE.

INDEMNIFICATION: YOU AGREE TO DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD US HARMLESS, AS WELL AS ANY OF OUR AFFLIATES, CONTRACTORS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, SHAREHOLDERS, MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, SUCCESSORS, TRANSFEREES, ASSIGNEES AND LICENSEES AS APPLICABLE, FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, CAUSES OF ACTION, DAMAGES, LIABILITIES, COSTS, EXPENSES AND FEES ARRISING OUT OF OUR RELATED PRODUCTS, PROGRAMS, SERVICES, COURSES OR ADVICE.
