There are no refunds.  When purchasing group classes, workshops and teacher trainings there are no refunds or reschedules. If you have chosen a payment plan for Teacher Training - you are responsible for completion of all payments - period.

300 Hour Module 4: Structural Yoga Therapy & Module 5: Yoga Psychology the Mentor & Guide (150 Hour)

Module Four & Five (150 Hours) 

Module Four - Structural Yoga Therapy.  Learn to work with physical differences and the  unique characteristics of the body through advanced anatomy, body reading and prescriptive yoga.  

We will be meeting live in person or on Zoom:

December 1, 2024 ------> January 5, February 2, 2025 ****2 Day Retreat.

Module 5 - The Mentor & Guide. Here we begin our look into Yoga Psychology and the science of the mind. Learn techniques to help with anxiety, depression and over-coming trauma from the yoga perspective. Step into your role as a healer. Learn to access your intuition as a teacher. 

In this final module you will work 1-1 with a private client and get individual guidance and assistance. A truly AMAZING experience that helps prepare you for your career as a yoga teacher above the rest.

January 5, 2025 February 2, 2025, March 1 & 2, 2025 (Final Retreat weekend)
