The Most Auspicious Day of the Year
Sunday is a big day because it is one of the best days of the year. It is called Akshaya Tritiya and is very auspicious.
This day is said to bring everlasting prosperity. They say Ganesh began writing the beloved Mahabharata on this day.
It is a great day to buy gold if you are able, start that new business or donate to charity. Do some good deeds and there will be rewards.
We can use a good day! It is really interesting to me that it is right smack dab in the middle of a pretty harsh planetary transit.
🤭 Don’t blurt it out!
Feeling a little impatient? Are things taking longer?
The frustration is real, inside us and in the world.
My dear friend’s mother used to say “Imagine you are eating a saltine cracker before you speak.” This is exactly the advice we need - we need to pause, and speak intentionally, from a place of love. But it is going to be hard!
Here’s what’s happening right now: Mars, the planet of action, and Saturn, the planet of karma & discipline, are together in the sign of Pisces (endings). These two planets are not friends. They clash. Saturday is the exact day, but it lasts until May 11. Clash is right - we’re seeing a lot of this right now. Oye, are we!
So at least in our own little world, we can help by not making hasty decisions, and get results through patience and discipline. Think before you speak. Keep LOVE at the front of your mind.
The area of life where this frustration hits hardest will depend on your specific chart. But here are some things you can do to help with this planetary transit:
- Honor the Sun. When you wake every morning, bow to the Sun.
- Take a brisk walk every day, take care of your health.
- Do not act or speak impulsively! Chew on it. Eat that cracker...
- Selfless service. Offer your time and donate - any amount helps someone.
- Ask your inner teacher for guidance.
Speaking of inner teacher - this is absolutely an area that needs the most development, and is one of my favorite and best ways I can help you. If you don’t know where to start, book a 15-minute discovery call and let’s see where it takes you. What could be more auspicious than that?
