Reiki I Attunement
Reiki is the ancient Japanese art of hands-on healing based on the idea that Universal Life Force Energy flows through us and from us. Level I Reiki attunement will connect you to the flow of Reiki energy and familiarize you with the experience of this radiant and healing energy. You will learn Reiki symbols and hand positions so that you can perform self-Reiki treatments. Level one focuses on connecting us with our physical forms as well as the subtle body.

The world of energy work has intrigued me for many years, and I have experienced profound healing, as well as a great sense of well-being from Reiki. I love sharing this wonderful art and am honored to have earned the trust of so many clients and practitioners. The work is nothing short of magical.
