Giving Thanks

As we move into this season of gratitude, I want to take a moment to thank each of you for being such an integral part of this vibrant community. Together, we create this space for growth, learning, and connection — and for that, I am deeply thankful.

This time of year also invites us to reflect on nourishing ourselves with more warming, seasonal foods. As the cooler weather settles in:

  • Enjoy cooked and seasonal food to keep your body warm: hearty squash & root vegetables, and warming spices like cinnamon & ginger. These foods not only bring comfort, but also offer vital nutrients to strengthen your immunity and keep you balanced through the season.
  • Change to sesame oil for its warming qualities - the extra richness will help balance the dryness of this time of year.
