Heal Thyself
I didn’t come to Reiki because I wanted a certification.
I came to it because something in me needed to slow down, listen, and remember.
At the time, I wasn’t looking to “heal” anyone else. I was learning how to sit with myself: how to notice subtle shifts, how to trust what I felt instead of rushing past it. Reiki met me there. Quietly. Patiently. Without asking me to be anyone other than who I was in that moment.
That’s still how I experience Reiki now. And it’s the way I teach it.
There are only guidelines, no rigid formula. You will be stepping into a relationship with Reiki, with your own intuition, with the act of being fully present. The certification matters, yes. But what matters more is that you leave feeling connected, confident, and grounded in your own way of working with energy.
My trainings move slowly enough for things to land. We practice. We ask questions. We pay attention. There’s room for uncertainty, curiosity, and the very human process of learning to trust yourself. We are also a small group. We have lunch together. We laugh.
I believe Reiki isn’t something you “do” once you’re certified. It’s something that begins to weave itself into your daily life: the way you listen, the way you hold space, the way you show up for yourself and others.
If you’ve been feeling called to Reiki (or back to it) this might be your moment. Not to become something new, but to remember what’s already there.
And if you decide to walk that path with me, I’ll be right beside you.
