René's Anti-Inflammatory Concoction

 

  • 3 cups water
  • 1⁄2 inch fresh peeled and chopped ginger
  • 1⁄2 inch fresh peeled and chopped turmeric
  • 1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper

 

  1. Boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Strain into a jar and pour into a cup as needed. Best taken warm.
