René's Anti-Inflammatory Concoction
- 3 cups water
- 1⁄2 inch fresh peeled and chopped ginger
- 1⁄2 inch fresh peeled and chopped turmeric
- 1⁄4 tsp ground black pepper
- Boil for 10 minutes.
- Strain into a jar and pour into a cup as needed. Best taken warm.
