Finally, golden milk (slide 3) is a lovely sleep aid that can also be used in the morning as a beautiful nourishing elixir, depending on the spices you use. If you’re one of those people who sleeps through anything, you can still benefit from the nutrients. But if you’re like me, you need all the help you can get for a great night’s sleep and a strong nourished resolve in the morning!
