The Greatest Thing
When I took yoga teacher training all those years ago, I was a single mother with very 3 young boys. I am not sure how I did that - well, I guess I do know: it was the yoga itself.
I became a better mother, and my health and fitness greatly improved. I found myself! And that allowed me to find my amazing partner and husband. But I had no idea that yoga would prepare me for some of the greatest challenges I could ever face.
You see, yoga's benefits far exceed just the physical. The rewards continued deeper into my energy and mind, giving me resilience and strength I never knew I had.
Yoga - the constant, stabilizing force within me, guides my way, helps me to adapt, and continues to be the greatest thing I ever did for my being.
And I love to teach it - not just the poses, but the deeper lessons that help us live more authentically, in line with our soul, and with physical and mental health.
So I invite you to consider the ride. Where do you want to go, that you never thought possible?
How about a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training? You will never regret the amazing journey into yourself, even if you do not intend to teach. We start March 7 & 8 for a 10-month course. It is super doable and fun.
Or, we can work privately to target exactly what you need. Either way, I am here to help. I hope you will join me and take the step toward a more stable and joyful you.
Don't forget we are live this weekend for an amazing little workshop on Dharma: Aligning with Your Divine Purpose. Please join me Saturday at Yoga House or Sunday for the online workshop. Clarity and purpose are the new black ;)
