What's in Your Spice Jar?
Some easy and delicious spice combinations for any meal:
Sweet spices for easy chai or to sprinkle on oatmeal:
- 1 part cinnamon
- 1 part ginger
- 1⁄2 part cardamom
Savory spices for any dish:
- 1 part cumin seed
- 1 part coriander seed
- 1.5 parts fennel seed
Toast together, and then grind in a clean coffee grinder. Then, add 1 part ground turmeric.
