Women's Health Tonic Recipe
What you need:
- 1 cup almond milk (fresh if possible) or hemp milk
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 tsp rose petals (I cut from my garden - make sure rose petals are food grade, no pesticides)
- 1 tsp cardamom powder
- 1⁄2 tsp ginger powder
- 1⁄4 tsp rose water (food grade)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- Pinch of natural sweetener (I used a little honey in the cup)
Directions:
- Pour hot water over the rose petals, cardamom, ginger and coconut oil.
- Add the "milk", rose water and sweetener.
- Stir and enjoy.
