Women's Health Tonic Recipe

 

What you need:

  • 1 cup almond milk (fresh if possible) or hemp milk
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 tsp rose petals (I cut from my garden - make sure rose petals are food grade, no pesticides)
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1⁄2 tsp ginger powder
  • 1⁄4 tsp rose water (food grade)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • Pinch of natural sweetener (I used a little honey in the cup)

 

Directions:

  1. Pour hot water over the rose petals, cardamom, ginger and coconut oil.
  2. Add the "milk", rose water and sweetener.
  3. Stir and enjoy.
