Step into our sacred and lush space for a nourishing day retreat to help you build reserves for the coming holidays.

Set yourself up for success by filling your vital reserves and make a plan for how to give from the overflow. By building and attending to your own inner stores you will be set up to enjoy your holidays and embrace the season of thanks and giving.

When we come from a place of fullness we can laugh more, react less and step into the warmth of family and friends with an open heart.

So, let's spend some time discussing how to set that intention, receive more, and nourish & love ourselves during this time through the wonderful sciences of Yoga and Ayurveda.
